  3. When the names of target measurement items in [Select Measure Data] were changed, the settings of the measurement items after the renaming returned to the default settings.
  4. Variables with the same name as Timing resources could not be specified for the X or Y axis parameters.
• Fixed issues in the Shmoo Algorithm
  1. After renaming the measurement item specified in the [Target Item], the renamed measurement item could not specified in the [Target Item].
  2. The settings of the [Select Measure Data] were applied to the measurement item that was not the target of the settings.

  2. The name of the [Item Name] was different from the name of the [Measure Item] in the Shmoo log.
     There were cases where the name of the Item Nameeasurement item name being executed) was different from the name of the Measurement Itemeasurement item name for Shmoo acquisition) in the Shmoo log.
     In addition, the [Item Name] was used for the file name of the Shmoo log, so the log was saved with incorrect name.
     This occurs when the measurement item to be executed is changed with the following settings after starting the Shmoo Plot Tool.

     • In the Standard Mode
       The setting of the [Measure Item] in the [Analysis Tools] and the [Setup and Execution]

     • In the Expert Mode
       The selection of the flow item in the flow item list area

     • Behavior after improvement
       The same measurement item name as the [Measurement Item] is displayed to the [Item Name].
       Shmoo logs are also saved with appropriate file names.
