Our partner, Tomo Electro Co.,Ltd. has started to provide new solution using CloudTesting™ Service. They will exhibit this new service at Embedded Technology 2016.
Tomo Electro Co.,Ltd. designed and manufactured load board for high speed memory(LPDDR2) testing. They will demonstrate LPDDR2 test and measurement using their load board and CX1000D.
Tomo Electro Co.,Ltd. can design, manufacture and inspect load board for high speed devices at low cost and short delivery time.
And they have high level of technology for re-ball and re-work. They can add electrical characteristic check after re-work to minimize failure after rework.
