  1. If [Change Measure Range A at Measurement]is enabled (check box is checked) on the [Measure Condition] tab, it was not possible to repeat measurement with the pattern sequence instruction "WAIT", so it was corrected.
  2. The following items supported in Rev1.06.00 were not included in Rev 1.06.01, so they have been fixed to work correctly.
    • Using 8V range, the following run-time error occurred in some cases.
      “Unkown source range value ‘8.0V’ in getSourceRange”
      This issue has been fixed so that this error does not occur under normal execution.
    • Add the function to acquire current measurement value of RVS.
