Standard Support(spot)

Standard Support(spot) is the service which can use Standard Support(annual license)by a month unit.

Standard Support(spot) provides the following services by online face-to-face support or HelpDesk support.

  • The concrete Testing IPs usage for the measurement and the evaluation.
  • The propsal for the measurement and the evaluation.
  • The support for bringing up the measurement environments.

However, this service does not include the following services in Standard Support(annual license).

  • CX1000P and CX1000D Calibration Service(including calibration certificate).

The online face-to-face support is provided by using Cisco WebEx.
In first use, It displays the notification of intent to install the Cisco WebEx add-on. Please install it in accordance with the notification.
Also please ready to head set in advance.

This service is offered to the contract customers in Japan.
