Standard Support(annual license)

Standard Support(annual license) provides the following services by online face-to-face support or HelpDesk support.

  • The concrete Testing IPs usage for the measurement and the evaluation.
  • The propsal for the measurement and the evaluation.
  • The support for bringing up the measurement environments.

This service includes the following services for free.
These services are only once available per contract.

  • CX1000P and CX1000D Calibration Service(including calibration certificate).

The contract period is 12 months.
Example
if you contracted on April 1st, the contract will be end on March 31th of following year.
if you contracted on April 30th, the contract will be end on March 31th of following year.

The online face-to-face support is provided by using Cisco WebEx.
In first use, It displays the notification of intent to install the Cisco WebEx add-on. Please install it in accordance with the notification.
Also please ready to head set in advance.

This service is offered to the contract customers in Japan.
