Fixture Delay Measurement IP is an algorithm IP that measures the signal transmission path delay within the test fixture.
CX1000 has calibrated the timing phase of [Timing A/Timing B] and [Judge Timing] at end of FUNC cable. This causes a timing phase difference due to the delay of the signal transmission path within the test fixture. The gap of the timing phase can be canceled by PCXA01-M1037 Fixture Delay Calibration IP but it is necessary to know the wiring delay time within the test fixture.
Fixture Delay Measurement IP can measure the wiring delay time within the test fixture.
In the following cases, the timing phase is calibrated by using this IP and PCXA01-M1037 Fixture Delay Calibration IP,
- When delay time of the signal transmission path cannot be ignored as the test specification.
- When it is necessary to lengthen the signal transmission path within the test fixture for measurement environment.
Features
Fixture Delay Measurement IP has the following features,
- Measure the delay time from FUNC cable end to the DUT socket end by using the TDR method.
- Measurement range is from 0ns to 10ns.
- Time resolution of measurement value is 250ps.
- Target IO channel is selectable.
- Can create Fixture Delay Data File for reading by PCXA01-M1037 Fixture Delay Calibration IP.
