Is there any regulations in the cable used with the test board?
Answer
The signal wiring of the I/O pin must use 50Ω coaxial cable.
When used the other impedance of the cable, there may not be correctly measured by the influence of reflection.
The timing/level of the system have been corrected by the end of the output connector of the FUNC cable.
So if you will use a long cable, the setting value of timing/level have to calibrate in test condition.
About the timing calibration, it is able to measure the delay of signal path by Fixture Delay Measurement IP and calibratethe the delay of signal path by Fixture Delay Calibration IP .
