2. Change of operating environment
2.1 Operating system
(1) Windows 10 Not Supported
Windows 10 support expires on October 14, 2025.
Windows 10 is no longer supported from this revision due to the end of this support period.
Please note that although you can continue to use this software on Windows 10, we do not provide any operation guarantee or support.
2.2 Java runtime environment
(1) Migration of Java runtime environment
The Java runtime environment is migrated to OpenJDK 21 due to the end of support for OpenJDK 8 (Eclipse Temurin) (At least November 2026).
Therefore, OpenJDK 8 and 17 are no longer supported and cannot be used from this revision. Please migrate to OpenJDK 21.
Refer to the “CloudTesting(TM) Lab Installation Manual” for the instructions.
https://store.cts-advantest.com/download/CloudTestingLabInstallManual-en.pdf
Use OpenJDK 21 to create new Java archive files (.jar) for the following features.
- Developing your own interpose algorithms
- Operating the CloudTesting(TM) Lab from programming languages
Java archive files already built with OpenJDK 8 can be used without rebuilding.
3. Addition of functions

3.3 Signal Conditions
(1) Buttons to change the target timing set one by one
Target firmware |
---|
CX1000_MCU, CX1000_MEMORY_TYPE_F |
Added “Buttons to change timing set” to change the target timing set one by one.
For more information, refer to the following section of the “CX1000 User’s Manual”.

4. Functional improvements
4.1 Java runtime environment
(1) Change in initial size of Java heap memory
Target firmware |
---|
CX1000_MCU, CX1000_MEMORY_TYPE_F |
The initial size of Java heap memory used by the CloudTesting(TM) Lab has been changed.
For more information, refer to the following section of the “CloudTesting(TM) Lab Installation Manual”.
- “1.1.2 Checking specifications of computer being used” >
“Java runtime environment”
This manual is available for download at
https://store.cts-advantest.com/download/CloudTestingLabInstallManual-en.pdf
(2) Change in maximum amount of available Java heap memory (Physical memory of the PC is 32GB or more)
Target firmware |
---|
CX1000_MCU, CX1000_MEMORY_TYPE_F |
The maximum amount of available Java heap memory on the CloudTesting(TM) Lab has been changed.
This allows 1/2 of the physical memory capacity to be used when the PC has 32GB of physical memory. This is double the previous capacity.
For more information, refer to the following section of the “CloudTesting(TM) Lab Installation Manual”.
- “1.1.2. Checking specifications of computer being used” >
“Java runtime environment”

5. Fixed issues
5.1 Expert Mode
(1) When the interpose processing was imported to multiple flow items, the menu could not be selected unless the flow items were selected consecutively.
Target firmware | Revisions in which this phenomenon occurs |
---|---|
CX1000_MCU, CX1000_MEMORY_TYPE_F | Rev 2.45.00 - 2.48.02 |
-
Behavior after improvement
Interpose processing can be imported even when the flow items are not selected consecutively.
Refer to the following section of the “CX1000 User’s Manual” for more information on importing interpose processing.- CX1000_MCU
- “8.5.2 [Pre Interpose], [Post Interpose] tabs >

(2) Options for pre-processing and post-processing were not correctly selected when a work project was loaded.
Target firmware | Revisions in which this phenomenon occurs |
---|---|
CX1000_MCU, CX1000_MEMORY_TYPE_F | Rev 2.32.00 - 2.48.02 |
This issue occurs when the options for pre-processing and post-processing are selected in the [Analysis Tool Setting] dialog box and then saved to a work project.
Loading the saved work project, these options were not selected correctly.
The following options were selected regardless of the settings saved to the work project.
- Selection method of pre measure items and post measure items
- When more than one measure items are selected, the dialog allowing
selection of pre measure items and post measure items is activated.
- When more than one measure items are selected, the dialog allowing
