Multiple Pattern Execution Plugin for Functional Testing IP is a plugin to enable the feature of Functional Testing IP which executes multiple patterns and acquires the characteristics data. This plugin reduces the cost of evaluation and verification of the device drastically.
The following functions can be used for each pattern.
- Initial Pattern Execution and Final Pattern Execution Function
- Pass / fail judgment function
- Characteristic data acquisition function by search method
- Shmoo Plot (PNG / CSV) acquisition function
By the following function, the power supply conditions can be changed each pattern execution.
- Power Supply Condition Changing Function
By the following function, multiple patterns can be executed in continuation without stopping the clock to the device under measurement.
