Cloud Testing Service, Inc. will run a booth with ATE Service Corp. Booth Number: 1926 We will be highlighting desktop-size temperature characteristics evaluation system. This system is composed of a combination of very small DUT heating / cooling system provided by ATE Service Corp. and our CloudTesting™ Station CX1000D.
