Expert Mode

CloudTesting™ Lab is a software that measures and analyzes using CloudTesting™ Station.

CloudTesting™ Lab has standard mode and expert mode.

To enable these mode, you need following IPs:

In addition to the features available in standard mode, you can use following three functions in expert mode.

  1. Interpose Function
  2. Branch Function
  3. CT Command

This book describes interpose function and branch process function.

Measurement on Expert Mode

In standard mode, measurement item is executed to measure. Measurement item can be created by selecting method(Algorithm IP) and configuring conditions.

In expert mode, flow item is executed to measure.

The procedures that are processed in flow item are following:

1 Pre Interpose Execute interpose processing before measurement
2 Measure Execute measurement item
3 Post Interpose Execute interpose processing after measurement
4 Branching Processing Set the result, bin number and next flow item by variable value

Interpose Processing is a feature that get or set the value of variable before or after executing measurement item. Branching Processing is a feature that sets the result, bin number and next flow item by variable value.

Advantage of Expert mode

In addition to the features available in Standard mode, following features are available in expert mode.

Pre/Post Interpose Set/Get the value of variable before/after executing measurement item
Set Result Set the result depending on four values of variable
Output bin number Output bin number depending on four values of variable
Specify next flow item Specify next flow item according to four values of variable

Standard mode cannot do following measurements:

  • Specify the measurement condition by the measurement result executed before
  • Execute measurement item repeatedly until the measurement result equals expected value
  • Calculate the characteristic value from the measurement result

Expert mode enables adavnced measurements like avobe by combining variables, interpose function and branch.
