How to analyze the operating frequency with Shmoo Plot Tool?
Answer
Please set as follows in Shmoo Plot Tool.
- Select Signal tab in “Select X-Axis Paramter”.
- Click the […] button beside the TS number.
- Select the target timing sets and press OK.
- Select “Period”.
- Click “Setup Axis Value and Execute”.
- Check the “Timing values track Period” for tracking each timing values.
- Set shmoo parameters(Start, Stop, Step) and execute.
