I tried to launch CloudTesting™ Lab, but I get the following error message and cannot launch it.
Please tell me how to deal with it.
Answer
This error message occurs when CloudTesting™ Lab is launchedc with Java 32-bit version installed.
CloudTesting™ Lab needs Java 64-bit version.
Uninstall Java 32-bit version and install Java 64-bit version.
You can check the details of Java installed by executing “java -version” on command prompt.
