When I start up CloudTesting™ Lab,
The error of 「Can’t download your contract information.」 is occured. Please tell me the cause.
The error occurs which there are some network failures between PC and license authentication server.
Comfirm internet connection of the PC and restart CloudTesting(TM) Lab as administrator.
If the error does not resolve, inform the following information to Contact.
- Revision of CloudTesting(TM) Lab
- Your account name
- Error messages
- Situation that the error occured
- Result of Network Environment Verification Program
