Is it possible to change the power supply voltage synchronized with the pattern address in functional tests?
Answer
It is possible to use Functional Testing IP.
Create a test with the following steps.
(1)Divide the pattern to end just before the address that you want to change the power supply voltage.
(2)Create a test that executes the pattern of before the voltage change(A) and create a test that executes the pattern of after the voltage change(B). “Power Sequence Off” has to set “DISABLE” at test B.
(3)Set the voltage of before change to test A and set the voltage of after change to test B.
(4)Execute the tests continuously.
