(1) When the All IPs Package had been installed, user authentication failed with password containing some special characters
When the All IPs Package had been installed, if using the password that contained some special characters (such as #, &, %, etc), even if it satisfied the password policy, user authentication failed and IPs could not be used.
Behavior after improvement
User authentication succeeds with password containing some special characters that satisfies the password policy.
