(1) User authentication failed with password containing some special characters
Using the password that contained some special characters (such as #, &, %, etc), even if it satisfied the password policy, user authentication failed and CloudTesting™ Lab could not start.
Behavior after improvement
User authentication succeeds with password containing some special characters that satisfies the password policy.
