2.1 Setup and Execution

(1) Addition of DDR mode to CRC7, RCA and CRC16 functions
Supported DDR mode for CRC7, RCA and CRC16 functions.
DDR mode has been added to the CSV file format of the signal condition.

3.1 Setup and Execution

(1) The interleave mode was not set
If different 2WAY patterns were executed sequentially, the interleave mode was not set to 2WAY for subsequent patterns.

Behavior after improvement
In the case above, the interleave mode is set to 2WAY.

(2) AFM and BBM settings were not reset when opening a work project
Since AFM and BBM settings for previous work project had remained, an execution error might occur.
