3. CT Connect for Handler

CT Connect for Handler

CT Connect for Handler is an external linkage IP that connects CloudTesting™ Lab and a test handler. This IP can build the automated test environment by using Handler made by Advantest Corporation. This IP communicates with Handler via the GPIB interface.

Following Handler are supported:

  • M4542 and compatible Handler
  • M4171 and compatible Handler

Features

This IP has following functions:

  • Test execution
  • Sorting
  • Batch File execution
  • Updating system variables in CloudTesting™ Lab
  • Logging

Caution

This IP requires an NI GPIB-USB-HS+ (or NI GPIB-USB-HS) made by National Instruments.
In addition, the National Instruments NI-488.2 Version 15.5 or later (driver software) is required.
