Peltier Thermal Controller Setting IP controls the ATE service Compact Thermal System (CTS-02A).
Connect to PC with USB cable supplied with CTS-02A. Other connection devices are unnecessary.
Operation such as temperature setting and reading can be easily done by GUI. The read temperature can be output to a log or stored in a variable.
For example, the following evaluations become easy, becose temperature control and monitoring are realized on the test flow.
- If you want to evaluate the characteristics at multiple set temperatures
In the mode to wait until the set temperature, it will shift to the desired measurement item after reaching the set temperature.
Because the temperature settings can be changed in the flow, characterization can be easily obtained automatically at multiple set temperatures. - If you want to get an outline of the temperature characteristics
In the mode that does not wait for the set temperature, the device test is performed during the temperature transition while the set temperature is reached.
You can get the transition “temperature and measurement result” to a log or variable.

There were cases where an error occurred when the flow was executed while the [Reads Temp to Variable] text box was empty. This issue has been fixed.
