DAC DC Linearity Measurement is a algorithm IP to measure DC linearity characteristics of DAC(Digital-Analog Converter).
This algorithm can calculate INL/DNL, Full Scale Error, Zero Scale Error, Absolute Error.
Feature
- Apply a ramp wave digital code to the digital input pin of the DAC
- Capture analog output digital voltage value which is converted by DAC
- Calculate INL/DNL, Full Scale Error, Zero Scale Error, Absolute Error from the captured analog voltage values
