New TesterBridge Software Product is Being Demonstrated This Week at International Test Conference in Phoenix
PHOENIX, Arizona – October 30, 2018 – Test Systems Strategies, Inc. (TSSI), the worldwide leader in design-to-test pattern conversion, simulation and validation tools, and Advantest Cloud Testing Service (CTS), developer of the semiconductor industry’s first on-demand testing service, today jointly announced a new software module to convert electronic design automation (EDA) formats (e.g., VCD, EVCD, WGL, STIL) to the Advantest CTS CX1000 platform.
TSSI is demonstrating the new TSSI CX1000 TesterBridge this week in booth #420 at the 2018 International Test Conference at the Phoenix (Arizona) Convention Center.
