Defect Summary
When two measurement items that execute a pattern program with interleave mode (ILMODE) of 2 WAY are executed consecutively, the interleave mode of the second measurement item switches to 1 WAY and the measurement is not performed correctly.
Resolution
Currently CloudTesting™ Lab 2.30.03 can not be downloaded. And we plan to release reviced CloudTesting™ Lab by the end of November.
Please use CloudTesting™ Lab 2.28.02 in order to avoid the above trouble until the next release.
- Uninstall CloudTesting™ Lab 2.30.03
- Download CloudTesting™ Lab 2.28.02 from download link and install it
