Detail of the malfunction
The measurement item with all of the following conditions cannot measure correctly.
- [Save captured data as numerical data] is disabled
- [Address Selection] or [Cycle Selection] is specified for [Capture Mode]

Resolution
The fixed revision of the subject IP is under preparation and will be released in December.
