Thank you for using CloudTesting™ Service.
CloudTesting™ Service will no longer be officially supported on Windows7 Professional 64bit since CloudTesting™ Lab R2.41.00, scheduled to be released in December 2019, and only supports Windows10 Pro 64bit. This is because Microsoft ended extended support for Windows OS on January 14, 2020, and the activation service used is also excluded from support.
It is possible to continue using the previous version of CloudTesting™ Lab on Windows7, but please note that support for Windows7 will not be possible if a problem occurs.
