This document describes CX1000_MCU firmware of CloudTesting™ Station.
CX1000_MCU firmware has a functions to measure general semiconductor devices. The feature of CX1000_MCU firmware is the followings:
- Digital Signal Generator of Maximum Frequency 100MHz
- SQPG(Sequencial Pattern Generator)
- SCPG(SCAN Pattern Generator)
- DC Parametric Measure Unit
- Arbitrary Waveform Generator and Digitizer
- Generate trigger signal
- Support I2C bus
- Support CX1000D S2-LINK configuration which is connected with two CX1000D
