I set 16ms/V to slew rate of Power Supply.
When I observed the wave of Power Supply, the waveform had changed in steps by 1ms.
Is it correct behavior?

Yes, it is.
From after turning Power Supply on or off until output voltage reaches set voltage or 0V, the output voltage shapes stepwise waveform. Its voltage step is 64mV constant, and time step depends on Slew Rate. Falling operation is the same operation as rising operation.
