The following error measage appears, when geting the quote via CTS’s website.
“Software and hardware cannot be ordered in the same purchase order. Those items cannot be ordered together since renewal period or free trial period of items are not consistent. Please place separate orders.”
How should I do?
Answer
You can’t get the quote which is included both software (testing IP) and accessories (cables, etc.).
Please select the products for each product in getting quote process.
