CloudTesting™ Lab has the “STDF Data Logging Function”. This function is available in the Expert Mode only.
Refer to the manual “STDF Data Logging Function” for the details.
If you have installed CloudTesting™ Lab, select “CloudTesting” form the Windows start menu and click “STDF Data Logging Function Manual” to see the manual.
