ADC DC Linearity Measurement is a algorithm IP to measure linearity characteristics of ADC.
This algorithm IP measure the followings:
- INL/DNL
- Full Scale Error
- Zero Scale Error
- Absolute Error
- Miss Code
Feature
- Apply a ramp wave to the analog input pin of the ADC
- Capture the digital output code which is converted by ADC
- Calculate DC linearity characteristics from the captured digital codes
