2.1 Message Display Area

(1) The options when the existing logging file is overwritten

The following options are added when the existing logging file is overwritten.

  • The logging file is overwritten every flow execution.
  • A backup file is created when the logging file is overwritten.

3.1 Pattern Compiler

(1) The options for the compile from the graphical user interface (GUI)

  • Separates the pattern source file folder from the work project folder
  • Changes the output folder of the pattern object files

4.1 Maintenance Program

(1) An error might occur while writing data when the level calibration (DC Calibration) was executed.

4.4 Startup

4.5 Expert Mode

(2) The pin definitions were cleared and the measurement could not be executed.

All the pin definitions were cleared and the measurement could not be executed after the following procedure in the [Pin Definitions] dialog box.

  1. Define a pin that is out of hardware specifications, such as a channel number out of range.
  2. Click [OK]. An error dialog appears.
  3. Click [Cancel] to close the [Pin Definitions] dialog box.
  • Behavior after improvement
    If an error occurs when clicking [OK], the [Pin Definitions] dialog box does not close. To close the dialog box, set the channel number within the hardware specifications.
