License error at the time of PC switching

Question

I installed a CloudTesting™ Lab but a below error is happened at start up.
How should I do?

Authentication for basic license failed.
Cannot issue a license for “CTLab_CX1000_P_License_IP.bin”.
The maximum number of PC’s license has been reached.
(Error Code: 001-0402-001)

Answer

If you want to switch the PC to be used, you will need to authenticate the license in a new PC with the following operation.

(1)Launch the CloudTesting ™ Lab at the old PC as administrator.
(2)Start the IP Manager and return the IPs licenses by clicking “Return All Licenses”.
(3)Uninstall the IP that the license cannot be returned with IP Manager (i.e. STIL Reader for CX1000).
(4)Install the CloudTesting ™ Lab to the new PC.
(5)Install the IP that was uninstalled at phase (3) to the new PC.
(6)Launch the CloudTesting ™ Lab at the new PC as administrator.
(7)Start the IP Manager and check that the IPs licenses are authenticated correctly.
