Power Supply Current Measurement for Memory (PowerSupplyCurrentMeasure_Mem_TypeF_IP)

Power Supply Current Measurement for Memory is a algorithm IP to measure the power supply current for memory ICs.

  • Measures the power supply current for memory ICs that sets to a certain operating condition by inputting pattern data.
  • Measures the average power supply current easily.
  • Performs pass/fail judgment for the power supply current value by setting the specified upper and lower limit values.
  • Measures the power supply current with measurement precision as necessary by selecting the measurement range.
  • Measures the parallel drive supply micro-current.

Revisions

Released atNumberDescription
May 11, 20211.07.02
  • Fixed an issue where an error occurred in Rev 1.07.00 and 1.07.01 when loading a work project saved in a revision earlier than Rev 1.07.00 and then executing the flow with [Change Measure RangeA at Measurement] enabled.
April 22, 20211.07.01
  1. Support Condition Table Memory_TypeF License(PCXA01-M3004) of Functional Testing for Memory(PCXA01-M3001) Rev 1.08.01. (Functional Testing for Memory(PCXA01-M3001) Rev 1.08.01 revision history)

  2. Fixed an issue where an error occurred when the measurement condition of this IP is applied.

  • In Rev 1.07.00, the format of work project has been changed to add functions. Work projects saved with Rev 1.07.00 or later are not backward compatible.
April 13, 20211.07.00
  • Add the function to judge the measured current of RVS.
  • Add the function to measure the power current for UTILITY BOX (ATES UTILITY Power Supply 6V 4A) manufactured by ATE Service Corporation.
  • Add the function to set wait time after changing the measure range.
  • Support variable setting for Wait Time parameters.
  • Support Condition Table Memory_TypeF License(PCXA01-3004) of Functional Testing for Memory(PCXA01-M3001) Rev 1.08.00.
July 29, 20201.06.05

In the Expert Mode, the [Keep Power On] setting in the [Measure Condition] tab and the [Power Keep] setting in the flow item list area are changed synchronously.

January 09, 20201.06.04

Add the following items to LOG when [Measuer Condition]tab - [Measure Range] - [Change Measure RangeA at Measurement] - [Auto]Range is set.

  • PIN
  • Mode
  • Measure Range
  • Average Count

When VIH/VIL is outside the range of the voltage generation or the voltage generation amplitude in [Condition Table], the specification has been changed to generate an error.

  1. If [Change Measure Range A at Measurement]is enabled (check box is checked) on the [Measure Condition] tab, it was not possible to repeat measurement with the pattern sequence instruction "WAIT", so it was corrected.
  2. The following items supported in Rev1.06.00 were not included in Rev 1.06.01, so they have been fixed to work correctly.
    • Using 8V range, the following run-time error occurred in some cases.
“Unkown source range value ‘8.0V’ in getSourceRange”
This issue has been fixed so that this error does not occur under normal execution.
    • Add the function to acquire current measurement value of RVS.
April 24, 20191.06.01
  • The Stabilization Wait Time setting was set longer than the setting value. Set it correctly.

  • Using 8V range, the following run-time error occurred in some cases. “Unkown source range value ‘8.0V’ in getSourceRange” This issue has been fixed so that this error does not occur under normal execution.
  • Supports pattern sequence instruction “WAIT”.
  • Add the function to acquire current measurement value of RVS.
